The hotel is very new and so are the facilities. It was by far the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our trip in Mexico. The airco is much more silent than at other hotels. The swimming pool is nice and clean towels are provided. They are currently offering very interesting prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in the very nice Paseo de Montejo, where there are many restaurants and shops, reasonably close to the city centre and very easy to access by car.

I would not recommend to have dinner or even breakfast at the hotel. It's not too bad, but it's not great, either.

I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the service was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel!

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und wir haben bei der letzten Übernachtung eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Dies hat uns bewogen dort erneut zu übernachten.

Beim ersten Zimmer welches sie uns gaben war die Toilette benutzt worden! Und der Ventilator war zu lärmig. Der Zimmerwechsel erfolgte unproblematisch.Leider mussten wir im 2. Zimmer während der Nacht feststellen, dass die Matrazzen durchgelegen und seitlich schief waren. Dies machte sich mit Rückenschmerzen bemerkbar. Nach genauer Überprüfung hatten wir verschiedene Sauberkeits-Mängel festgestellt, z.B schlimm war, dass hinter der Toilette der Abfalleimer, mit Abfall vom Vorgast, nicht geleert worden war.

Waren an einem Samstag dort....Bis 3 Uhr in der Nacht wurde im Hotel gefeiert (Hochzeit ???).Man hört auch den Nachbar...2 schlaflose Nächte

Le restaurant de l'hôtel est parfait. Il allie la cuisine mexicaine avec une très nette touche de modernité et de cuisine internationale. Les gens y sont à l'écoute de vos demandes et sont charmants

Le fait de ne pas lire les commentaires faits lors de la réservation : attribuer une chambre en face de l'ascenceur (alors qu'expressément refusée lors du booking) puis une autre avec toute une bande de joyeux fêtards à côté enfin une troisième sans climatisation et donc près de 30°C au départ et sur la rue! La direction a refusé un geste commercial et même de reconnaître sa mauvaise gestion de la problématique

Das Hotel ist quasi neu und sehr gepflegt! Sehr gute Matrazen in unserem Zimmer, was man sonst nicht immer erwarten kann!

Frühstück teuer. Qualität geht so... Kaffee schlecht! Zum Essen gern auch in das Irish Pub nebenan - Wir haben dort wahnsinnig gut gegessen!

La chambre était très poussiéreuse et pour avoir fréquenté beaucoup d'hôtels 5 étoiles, celui-ci ne l'est pas. Il manque le luxe, les accessoires, la restauration, la classe de service. C'est un bel établissement 4 étoiles au maximum. Vous ne devriez pas l'annoncer comme 5 étoiles, c'est décevant pour les clients.

Había mucho personal pero muy ineficaz. La habitación y las instalaciones no se correspondían con un hotel de 5 estrellas.
